Price for whole beef is $6.50/lb x hanging weight. Carcass average hang weight is around 800-850lbs. (We can try to accommodate your preferred hang weight.) Price includes all processing. You will receive approximately 500lbs of packaged beef depending on your cut sheet. 

Processing fee for pork is $1.35lb x rail weight, approximately 90lbs (1/2 hog) on the rail and approximately 60lbs of packaged pork depending on your cut sheet. 

$1,000 deposit required to schedule harvest date. 

Beef can be split in halves-with two different cut sheets. We can quarter- but will only use two cut sheets.  No extra charge.  So call your friends and family!!
